Refund policy

At Gigi and Saa, every piece is made with care and attention to detail.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.


Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
    • In their original packaging with all tags attached
    • Free from stains, perfume, or alterations
  • Sale items, custom pieces, and accessories are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at gigiandsaa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
  4. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Items not meeting our return conditions will be sent back without refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now.
To exchange an item, please place a new order after returning the previous one.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gigiandsaa@gmail.com with photos.
We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
